Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare and fill orders for
same-day and next-day installations.
Ensure all installation jobs
are accompanied by correct and complete photos.
Receive and stock equipment
and installation materials; verify shipments against purchase orders, sign
off, and report discrepancies to the supervisor or accounts payable.
Replenish inventory stock by
placing orders with established vendors.
Communicate any inventory
discrepancies to the manager.
Maintain a hazard-free office
and warehouse environment.
Load and unload cargo as
needed.
Order parts and confirm
deliveries are accurate.
Travel to the Dayton office
as required based on workload.
Collaborate effectively with
the logistics team.
Visit supply houses and other
offices to acquire equipment and materials as needed.
Deliver parts or supplies to
installers and service technicians as requested by the Logistics or Branch
Manager.
Maintain warehouse
organization, adhering to FIFO (First In, First Out) guidelines.
Process RMAs for damaged or
unneeded equipment.
Perform additional duties as
assigned.
Competencies:
Care and Use
of Equipment:
Possess excellent knowledge of job-related equipment, ensuring careful
handling and storage.
Organizing: Use resources effectively
and arrange information and files in a systematic manner.
Experience and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
2+ years of warehouse or
inventory experience.
Current forklift
certification.
Proficient in iPad and
computer skills, with some software knowledge.
Valid driver’s license with a
clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle.
Familiarity with Microsoft
Excel, Word, Outlook; ServiceTitan experience required.
Physical Demands:
Frequently required to stand
and walk.
Regularly lift, push, pull,
and/or move up to 50 pounds.
May need to lift, push, pull,
and/or move items exceeding 50 pounds on a weekly basis.
