We are seeking a self-motivated, results-driven Install Operations Manager to lead our installation department and oversee the performance, training, and development of our Field Install Team, Install Management Team, and Apprentice Program. This is a high-impact role requiring strong leadership, analytical thinking, and a passion for people development.
As an Install Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of your department’s success, driving operational excellence, cross-department collaboration, and a customer-first mindset—all while cultivating a team that reflects our company’s people-first values.
Provide daily oversight and leadership of all field installations and training operations.
Manage the entire install team, including Install Managers, Supervisors, Trainers, and Apprentices.
Coach, mentor, and develop staff through feedback, performance reviews, and training schedules.
Oversee and improve the Install Apprenticeship Program, ensuring development milestones are met.
Continuously assess and enhance installation processes to increase profitability and efficiency.
Drive and implement innovative initiatives to stay ahead of industry standards and competitor tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Logistics, Service, Customer Service, and HR.
Analyze department performance data to drive actions that support revenue and growth targets.
Organize and lead monthly departmental huddle meetings, presenting on performance and goals.
Provide weekly updates to service and dispatch teams to align on scheduling and promotion execution.
Lead seasonal installation planning and training calendar development.
Hire, train, and retain installers, assistants, and key department roles.
Conduct career development planning and succession discussions with team members.
Additional duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Extensive organizational and business knowledge.
Proven track record of independent decision-making and leadership success.
Conflict resolution and team management experience.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to quickly learn and leverage CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan.
Strong attention to detail with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Outstanding time management and prioritization abilities.
WORK SCHEDULE
7:30am – 4:30pm and rotating Saturday as needed.
