7:30 AM-4:00 PM Monday-Friday
We are seeking a Parts Coordinator. Daily focus will be facilitating service repair parts ordering, tracking, scheduling, stocking on service vehicles and parts room, and maintaining seasonal stock in both. Extreme attention will be required for filing and follow up for all field repair warranty claims to ensure LSI profitability and reduce net cost.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the full Service Parts Process: ordering, receiving, tracking, and warranty claim entries.
Participate in daily Parts Call Debrief and support technician calls for part lookup, ordering, pricing, and warranty assistance.
Collaborate with the Dispatch Team to ensure timely scheduling of parts replacements, aiming for same-day repairs.
Order and receive parts using the Part Order Form and S.T. mobile inventory app.
Track unreceived parts and communicate updates to the Dispatch team for efficient job scheduling.
Submit warranty part reimbursements within 3 days of job completion.
Track parts needing return and follow up with technicians to ensure timely returns.
Perform weekly audit of Trane warranties and ensure approval for credits.
Follow up with vendors on outstanding credits and track purchase orders.
Assist in stock replenishment for service trucks and consignment rooms.
Support Accounts Payable in reviewing monthly parts statements for accuracy.
Travel to other markets weekly to assist with parts organization and management.
Act as a backup for Warehouse processes when needed.
Assist in semi-annual service van cycle counts.
Manage LSI owned temporary heating/cooling items for customer homes.
Support the Logistics Supervisor with projects, process improvement, and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds (occasionally more)
Physical Demands:
Frequently required to stand and walk.

Occasionally lift or move items exceeding 50 pounds.
