Join Our Service Technician Apprentice Program
Join our team as a Service Technician Trainee and embark on a structured, hands-on training program designed to develop your skills and advance your career. This is a full-time position where you will progress from a trainee to a full-fledged Service Technician in approximately 9-15 months, with opportunities for increased earnings and career growth.
Training Program: The training program is divided into three phases:
- Tune-up Tech (6-8 weeks):
- Hands-on training in our training center and in the field with experienced Service Technicians.
- Develop foundational skills in equipment tune-ups and maintenance.
- On-call Tech (5-9 months):
- Continue hands-on training, taking on more complex tasks under the supervision of a seasoned technician.
- Begin earning commission in addition to your hourly rate.
- Service Tech (9-15 months):
- Upon successful completion of the program, graduate to a full Service Technician role.
- Potential to earn $60,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on performance.
